 Junior Officers who excel within individualized development programs are championed with running our largest and most complex projects and performing our most important analysis on strategic changes, and acquisitions. Our most successful Officers grow into general managers who will run our facilities, lead core functions, and run P&Ls.

You are challenged to drive delivery of process and project solutions for the most critical initiatives within the business.  You take on the toughest business problems and develop tailor-made solutions to improve overall effectiveness and efficiency that directly support our multi-year strategy to more than double the company by the end of 2020.  Your innovative experience leading people, process, and technology in a fast-paced, high-growth organization will be utilized here at QTS during our inflection point of growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned

Leveraging your military experience, you will partner with Senior Executives to develop strategies necessary to:

  • Generate 20%+ growth
  • Expand our footprint both domestically and internationally
  • Reimagine our approach to data centers to create new designs for meeting future market needs
  • Enhance our industry-leading customer service among 1200+ world-class customers
  • Reinvent our business processes to drive new levels of productivity
  • Engage our supply base in new ways to maximize value creation

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree; Advanced degree or MBA is preferred 
  • Five or more years of military experience, preferably within project management, engineering, or analyst positions

  • Demonstrated leadership ability in a team environment with exceptional analytical and quantitative problem solving skills
  • Initiative taker, eager to break new ground, willingness to take personal risks - as seen through leadership roles and/or extracurricular activities
  • Proven record of high performance academically and professionally
  • Agility to learn quickly and adapt to support and implement new processes
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
