The Associate Product Manager is responsible for product support functions and sales enablement for the Enterprise/Hyperscale (C1) suite of products within QTS. This individual will partner with the existing Associate Product Manager as well as other members of the C1 team to aid in the robust delivery and support of customer focused products and services. 

RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned

  • Work with internal lines of business and vendors on building a cutting edge, competitive C1 Product and will be tasked with learning and rapid proficiency of data center aspects: power, cooling and overall data center efficiency
  • Work in conjunction with Product leadership to execute the product roadmap, including innovating, designing and launching products as well as enhancing and promoting existing products
  • Work on enhancements and messaging around products and ensure they meet and exceed customer needs, timelines, and budget requirements
  • Work on training and sales strategy with Enterprise sales team
  • Participate in client interactions and expectations on new product roll outs
  • Assist in driving overall Hyperscale and C1 product revenue growth. Drive go-to-market strategy development
  • Regularly present and interact with Enterprise/Hyperscale team
  • Coordinate internal and external resources


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional work experience
  • One to three years of experience with product management, strategy, marketing, or management consulting
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sourcing strategies



  • Technology experience plus a combination of Sales/Marketing or Sales Engineering
  • Previous experience with enterprise customers and/or real estate




  • Excellent interpersonal skills (communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, etc.) when dealing with internal and/or external audiences at all levels of management
