    Join QTS’ People Services team where you will serve as a strategic talent acquisition partner working directly with department leaders to create and execute strategies targeted to identify, attract, develop, and retain high performing talent for our nationwide Facilities teams!

    RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned

    • Responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for the heart of our organization who keep our data centers up and running 24/7
    • Proactively identify, qualify and recruit passive candidates, using innovative sourcing strategies, cold calling, social media and networking tools
    • Accelerate Military Recruitment Program and other initiatives that help develop consistent talent pools
    • Develop sustainable, predictable talent pipelines that result in high quality of hire and below average time to fill metrics
    • Proactively network with internal stakeholders and external resources to build relationships and develop robust candidate pools
    • Provide thought leadership through statistical data and research to generate new and innovative methods for process improvement
    • Represents the QTS employment brand through social media, networking, and other avenues

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree
    • Five or more years of talent acquisition experience
    • Experience with Applicant Tracking and HRIS Systems
    • Must be able to travel based on client and business needs, estimated 10% or less

    PREFERRED QUALIFCATIONS

    • Military or diversity recruiting experience/program management
    • Experience recruiting non-exempt employees nationwide
    • Experience recruiting for facilities skillsets (electricians, mechanics, engineers etc.)

    • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate throughout all levels of the organization
    • Commitment to exceptional client, candidate, and employee service 
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while demonstrating superb organizational and leadership skills in a fast paced, results driven environment
    • Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs in the business
    • Strong level of influence and negotiation skills
