    The FP&A Analyst will support the Vice President of Finance and be responsible for performing various financial activities including financial modeling, competitive research and valuation analysis to support decision making by senior management. Other duties include, but are not limited to, assisting with investor relations and capital markets activities, and special research projects.

    RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned

    • Extensive financial modeling to support strategic decision making
    • Conduct industry and peer comparison analysis
    • Assist in the preparation of presentations for investors and senior management and earnings-related materials


    • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Mathematics
    • Two or more years of work experience in banking or financial research program
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Experienced in financial modeling


    • Consulting and/or capital markets experience
    • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
    • Advanced writing and communication abilities



    • Ability to organize, interpret, and draw appropriate conclusions from large volumes of data and to creatively present the information in a manner that enables non-financial managers to easily understand the information.
    • Enthusiastic attitude in a team environment and ability to work independently.
    • Interest in real estate development, finance, and the data center space. 
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Strong initiative and creativity.
    • Ability to travel at least four trips per year, depending on projects
