    Product Pricing and Revenue Sr. Analyst will be responsible for helping its team create and support financial forecasts that include but are not limited to:

    • Responsible for profitability through pricing, revenue management and product strategies that drive product growth.
    • Build, Develop and maintain a pricing strategy across the QTS Product Portfolio including Hyperscale and Hybrid I.T. Infrastructure services.
    • Develop product and client specific deal models to ensure customer and QTS needs are satisfied.
    • Monitor pricing and deal model usage through the QTS Customer base.
    • Maintain deal model drivers that affect costing of goods and services sold.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitive pricing to update our competitive pricing model.
    • Work with all current product owners/managers to facilitate and develop a competitive pricing strategy.

    The role requires keen skills in the areas of real estate, finance, modeling, and technology, along with the ability to lead through influence and communicate with an executive team.

    RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned

    • Assist in the development of financial models for new products and corporate initiatives which includes supporting management of the product roadmap.
    • Analyze business problems and compile, analyze, and report data as part of economic impact research and analysis.
    • Use a thorough understanding of GAAP and finance theory to help business partners understand the financial implications of potential business decisions.
    • Analyze actual vs. forecast performance, with an emphasis on understanding and communicating how the company will meet its financial commitments.
    • Clearly and concisely communicate expected and actual financial results and the activities underlying those results.
    • Identify, analyze, communicate and provide suggested solutions to resolve financial issues which impact business objectives.
    • Leverage information systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness of forecasting and analysis.
    • Participate in calls and meetings with key constituents. Individuals should be able to effectively communicate and respond to complex questions and inquiries.
    • Research various markets and assets on specific assignments, in the course of continuing to expand market knowledge, and for general business development purposes.
    • Systematically track, compile, and interpret various sources of data related to the group’s business.
    • Conduct research, prepare reports, and analyze economic data to develop and shape business strategies.
    • Collaborate with Product teams to establish pricing for all products
    • Work with Sales and Product teams to refine pricing processes and tools
    • Coordinate pricing updates with Sales Operations (update cost driver inputs, manage update schedules)
    • Work with sales to develop discount levels and processes
    • Provide pricing support for non-standard deals
    • Create alternative equipment financing options to support sales (leasing, etc.)
    • Utilize and navigate Salesforce while partnering with Corp IT and Sales Ops teams to automate manual processes into the CRM tool


    • Bachelor’s degree preferably with a concentration in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Mathematics or equivalent professional experience
    • Five or more years of experience in financial planning and/or product analysis roles
    • Highly-advanced skills with Excel and a CRM such as Salesforce.com
    • Experience creating financial models using WACC, NPV, IRR and ROI.


    • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth Data Center markets.
    • Experience providing financial and analytical support to a sales/business development organization.
    • Ability to organize, interpret, and draw appropriate conclusions from large volumes of data and to creatively present the information in a manner that enables non-financial managers to easily understand the information.


    • Self-motivated, highly organized and open communicator who is eager to work in a fast-paced, client-focused entrepreneurial environment with limited formal structure.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
