The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is designed to prepare high potential candidates to take on roles at QTS leading teams, functions, and/or P&Ls. The OLDP is a two-year program during which participating Project Managers (PMs) will go through four six-month rotations in the different Operations functions (Site Operations, Property Development/Engineering, Strategy/Analytics, and one elective). Rotations outside of Operations (Sales, Product Management, Customer Care, etc.) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. In each rotation, PMs will lead a function-specific process improvement project while developing a solid understanding of that function’s responsibilities and challenges.
Upon completion of the ODLP, QTS leadership will work with the participant to identify a leadership role in the company that matches their interests and skill set. Placement opportunities will not be limited to the Operations organization.
