    The System Test Specialist is a key member of our QTS Business Systems Support team.  As System Test Specialist you’ll manage the system testing requirements, test plans, and execution for all business systems testing to development or change management event.      

    RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned

    • Development and maintenance of the QTS test suite by system and functional area for utilization during system testing events.
    • Implementation of automated testing methods and procedures.
    • Identification of system testing requirements for development and/or system change related activities (smoke, regressions, system load, conversion, etc.).
    • Development of detailed systems test plans for identified testing events.
    • Management of system test plan execution and reporting of related results.
    • Test exception resolution coordination with system development and/or system administrative teams.

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields or equivalent professional experience
    • Five or more years of system testing experience
    • Two or more years experience with cloud based business platforms, specifically Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Workday


    • Experience performing system tests for Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Workday platforms
    • Experience building/executing manual and automated (e.g. Selenium) test cases


    • Ability to work independently as well being a strong team player
    • Must be capable of handling multiple simultaneous tasks under pressure while maintaining strong customer service and a professional demeanor
