    The Consulting Manager is a key driver of QTS business systems and process related consulting projects.  As Consulting Manager you’ll lead the execution of internal QTS consulting projects while supporting the leadership team in the development of the overall consulting project roadmap.

    RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned

    • Review, consolidation, and presentation of employee ideas to extended leadership team members.
    • Develop project level of effort estimations, budgets and resource plans.
    • Perform consulting projects management and reporting.
    • Lead and manage requirements gathering and story development.
    • Coordinate and collaborate with system development resources.  
    • Facilitate and drive required business process changes with functional leaders.
    • Coordinate and collaborate with system testing resources.
    • Perform project deployment planning and hand-over coordination with system administrators and functional leaders.

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Information Systems, or related fields or equivalent professional experience
    • Seven or more years of consulting experience with an accounting, management, or systems consulting service provider
    • Two or more years experience with cloud-based SaaS applications such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Workday.


    • Prior experience leading projects as a Business Analyst or Project Manager
    • Consulting experience with a Big 4 consulting firm
    • Experience leading system-related projects for Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Workday platforms


    • Ability to work independently as well being a strong team player
    • Must be capable of handling multiple simultaneous tasks under pressure while maintaining strong customer service and a professional demeanor
