The Director, Post Sales Construction requires strong interpersonal, communication and
organizational skills, ability to self-direct, strong background in data center design, engineering,
controls, and operational requirements, with an emphasis on project/construction management. In
this role, you will function as QTS’ point of contact for new client builds and implementations and liaise
between the QTS Sales Team (Account Exec and Sales Engineer), the QTS Operations Team, the QTS
Property Development Team, and the Customer. The PSCM will work closely with existing
Development Construction Project Managers to ensure the customers’ needs are carried out to high
levels of expectation.
The position will report into the QTS Property Development department and work closely with the CHO
and CRO, depending on the origin of the project.
