This is a unique opportunity to define the vision and execute on your innovative strategy to build, shape, and grow our Sales team in the Midwest Region. The Sales Director will be responsible for managing and leading the day-to-day revenue/sales activities for the locally based sales team. This includes many aspects of sales whether assisting, reporting, selling, monitoring, managing, providing feedback and suggestions/recommendations or planning for regional growth. This person is also accountable for building executive relationships with clients and partners and ensuring overall client satisfaction at the highest levels. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Sales.
The ideal candidate will have a ‘hands on’ approach with our QTS customers and team. This person will create and lead a team of “sales hunters” in the Midwest region that will also have similar traits to themselves in creating ‘solution based’ options for our customers in the hybrid IT space.
